Exclui de 1 a 100 promoções por requisição. Promoções excluídas deixam de ser aplicadas e de aparecer nas
consultas. IDs repetidos são processados uma vez. O resultado é individual: verifique deleted de cada item.

Permissão: Cadastro de promoções — visualização e edição.
